Information submitted to this site is handled by the website's hosting and form-processing services. It may also be accessible to authorized Norello team members and, where needed to assess your requested service, a relevant solar installer or program provider. If automated scheduling, CRM or communications tools are later connected, the operator must review and update this notice for those tools and any applicable consent requirements.

Uploaded Bills and Photos

Files are optional. Cover or remove your utility account number, financial information, access codes and unrelated personal information before uploading. Photos should not include people, vehicle plates or personal documents where possible. Uploaded material may be visible to authorized recipients who process the consultation request.

Calls, Email and Messaging

By requesting a consultation and agreeing to contact, you authorize a response about that request by phone or email. This form alone does not establish permission for unrelated automated marketing calls, prerecorded sales messages or marketing texts. Additional permissions may be required for such outreach.
